Hong Kong Office
Excel Hong Kong is the head-quarters, the first, and the largest office in the group, with a strong team of over 160 professionals. Our Hong Kong staff is comprised of both functional and technical professionals who either worked in banks before or had been engaged in the development and implementation of systems for financial institutions.
Excel Hong Kong is the birthplace and the major research and development center of the Group’s Fintech products. Besides serving many of our Hong Kong and multi-national clients, Excel Hong Kong supports the other offices in conduct of major projects for account/project managers, subject matter experts, architects and consultants. Excel Hong Kong is also responsible for training and guiding the management of the other offices.
Shenzhen Office
The Excel Shenzhen Development Center has always been an integral part of Excel Hong Kong in providing the critical components in the product development cycle. The team of over 140 staff have been trained and brought to Hong Kong on direct communication with our clients, enabling them to have good understanding of client user requirements. The Shenzhen Development Center can execute from end-to-end in a software development project, starting with business analysis, requirement specifications and design, to coding, testing, and implementation. This capability has given us the advantage to serve both Hong Kong clients and local banks in southern China, to assist them on system enhancements, implementation, project management, and quality assurance.
Shanghai and Hangzhou Offices
The Shanghai office, together with its branch office in Hangzhou, has a strong team of over 100, is our Center of Excellence for supporting foreign banks in China. With our deep understanding of international practices, our knowledge of China’s banking and finance market, and our banking solutions which are localized for the China market, Excel is in a formidable position to support foreign banks operating in China. For the Chinese banks venturing outside of mainland China, we help them set up their IT operations in Hong Kong and beyond, and grow along with their business.
